Project summary

Motors of Growth is an Interreg Europe project that brings together seven European regions in the work of strengthening the attractiveness of industrially growing areas. By developing and improving regional policies, the project aims to contribute to attracting and retaining a skilled workforce – a key factor for sustainable growth.

What we aim to achieve:

• Attract & Retain Talent – Align policies with EU priorities to support skilled workers.
• Break Barriers – Simplify procedures and expand access to skills and resources.
• Reverse Migration – Create conditions that draw talent back to regions.
• Boost Regional Appeal – Improve living and working conditions.
• Build Strong Ecosystems – Coordinate policies for sustainable regional growth.
